Title: Vera's Mayonnaise

| 1/2 | ts | Mustard |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
| | | Lemon juice or vinegar, |
| | | to produce flavor |
| | | Desired |
| | | Few grains paprika |
| 1 | | Egg yolk |
| 1 | c | Oil |
Mix dry ingredients, add egg yolk. Then very slowly a little oil. As
mixture thickens, thin with more oil and continue until all is added.
Adding oil more rapidly after mixture is well started. Mayonnaise should be
started with a fork, then egg beater. Notes: Aunt Vera's recipe
